POLYGRAPHIC acquired by ID UNLIMITED
Context
ID Unlimited, the Lyon-based sports textile personalisation group formerly known as Flexdev Group, announced on 16 October 2025 the acquisition of Polygraphic International, the Nieuwegein-based maker of thermoadhesive transfers for sportswear and workwear. Founded in 1980, Polygraphic employed about 65 people, ran production sites in the Netherlands and in Honduras and sold its products in more than 65 countries. Jean-Louis Savoye, general manager of Dentressangle, the family investment holding company that owned the group, said the shared vision and values of Polygraphic's Hans Sijmons, ID Unlimited and Dentressangle had been decisive in the deal. The Honduras plant was to support the group's expansion in the United States, following its acquisition of The Emblem Source in January 2025, while the Dutch business strengthened its position in transfers for football apparel in Europe. It was the group's fourth acquisition since 2023, after Monblason, Aneyron and The Emblem Source, and took its workforce to about 600 people. The deal came as the group changed its name from Flexdev to ID Unlimited, with several subsidiaries adopting the new name while Polygraphic kept its own. Eight Advisory carried out the financial due diligence for the buyer.
By taking control of Polygraphic, Id Unlimited continues its expansion strategy. Previously, the group had completed 2 acquisitions, including The Emblem Source in 2025.
