ID UNLIMITED takes majority stake in ANEYRON

FlexDev Group (now ID Unlimited), the textile personalisation group backed by the Dentressangle family investment holding company, acquired Aneyron, the Zaragoza-based maker of heat transfers for sportswear marking, from its management and family shareholders in a deal announced on 11 July 2023. At the time, Aneyron generated revenue of €7M and employed 40 people, after investing in new industrial premises and a new production line in 2021. Victor Pinilla and his family kept a shareholding and continued to run the Spanish business, committing to its long-term growth within the group. The acquisition gave FlexDev a foothold in the Spanish sportswear personalisation market, alongside its operations in the United Kingdom, Italy, Ireland and France and FlexDev Turkey, a production subsidiary launched a few weeks earlier. FlexDev then employed about 400 people and worked for major European football clubs, FIFA and UEFA, while developing in US sports and motor racing. The group was later renamed ID Unlimited, and Aneyron became ID Unlimited Spain.
