Context

Belle Brands, the beauty platform created by consumer-focused private investment firm Windsong Global, acquired Vegamour in a deal announced in September 2026. Vegamour had been built around clean, clinically backed hair health and longevity products and held an exclusive retail distribution relationship with Sephora.
