ICG takes majority stake in TRUSTTEAM

ICG, formerly Intermediate Capital Group, took a controlling majority stake in Trustteam, the Kortrijk-based managed IT services provider for small and medium-sized businesses, from Rivean Capital in a deal announced in October 2026. Founder and chief executive Stijn Vandeputte and his management team reinvested alongside the new owner, as they had in previous transactions. At the time of the deal, Trustteam generated revenue of and an EBITDA of , an EBITDA margin of , and employed more than 700 people across Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Romania, with Belgium still accounting for about half of its activity. The sale was the fifth change of majority owner in Trustteam's history. Ardian had taken a majority stake in 2018 and backed six acquisitions in France and Belgium, including DSoft in 2019, Nexis in 2020 and TL Systeme in 2021, before selling control to Rivean Capital in June 2022. Under Rivean, the buy-and-build strategy continued, extending the group into the Netherlands and making France its second market through a series of acquisitions. ICG's investment was intended to support further expansion, particularly in France.
