BUSCH acquired by Alliance Automotive Group

Alliance Automotive Group (AAG) announced the acquisition of Busch GmbH, a family-owned German automotive parts distributor headquartered in Freiburg, Baden-Württemberg. The transaction strengthens AAG’s expansion strategy in Germany following the recent integration of Coler GmbH & Co. KG and highlights the group’s continued efforts to consolidate its position within the fragmented European automotive aftermarket sector. The acquisition provides Alliance Automotive with a stronger regional presence in southwestern Germany through Busch’s established distribution network and long-standing relationships with independent repair workshops. The combination creates a complementary fit between Busch’s local market expertise and customer relationships and AAG’s broader capabilities in procurement, logistics and network development. The transaction forms part of Alliance Automotive’s wider growth strategy focused on building an integrated European automotive parts distribution platform.
