Eldis acquired by Alliance Automotive Group

Alliance Automotive Group Benelux (AAGB) announced the acquisition of Eldis, a Belgian wholesale distributor specializing in mechanical and body-shop components for the automotive aftermarket. Founded in 1974 and headquartered in Ypres, the company serves a broad network of independent repair workshops and body shops throughout the Westhoek region. The transaction forms part of AAGB's acquisition strategy to strengthen its presence in Belgium and continue consolidating its operations across the Benelux region. By integrating Eldis into the PartsPoint network, the group significantly expands its geographic coverage in an area where its market presence had previously been limited. The acquisition is supported by a strong strategic rationale based on geographic and commercial complementarity. By incorporating Eldis' customer relationships, logistics infrastructure and local market expertise, Alliance Automotive Group Benelux strengthens its distribution network while broadening its service offering to automotive repair professionals. The transaction also creates procurement and logistics synergies while enabling the deployment of PartsPoint's digital ordering platform to a wider customer base, supporting cross-selling opportunities and improving product availability. Following completion, Eldis will continue operating under its existing management team to ensure business continuity and preserve its strong local customer relationships. Alliance Automotive Group Benelux intends to progressively integrate the business into its broader operating platform by aligning procurement activities, inventory management and digital systems. The integration is expected to improve operational efficiency, expand product availability and enhance service quality while reinforcing AAGB's position as one of the leading independent automotive aftermarket distributors in the Benelux region.

The acquisition of Eldis is part of the growth strategy of Alliance Automotive Group, which already has several external growth operations under its belt, notably Groupe De Jackie Vercaigne in 2016.
