Xenon Private Equity takes majority stake in GN TECHONOMY

Xenon Small Cap completed the acquisition of a majority stake in GN Techonomy, with the sellers Nives Borroni and Gualtiero Biella advised by Orrick and the buyer advised by LCA Studio Legale. The transaction was structured as a majority investment by the closed-end fund Xenon Small Cap, which specialises in small Italian companies operating in innovative B2B services. GN Techonomy operates in the system integration consulting sector for corporate clients. Banco BPM provided financing for the operation, assisted by Deloitte Legal. LCA Studio Legale advised Xenon Small Cap with a team comprising Roberto de Bonis and Claudia Barone on the M&A side, and Davide Valli, Luca Liberti and Giancarlo Aiello on the financing aspects of the transaction. The Xenon Small Cap team was represented by Michelangelo Mantero and Leonardo Bruzzichesi.
