Kiloutou has once again successfully expanded its European footprint through the acquisition of 100% of the shares in KDM Hire, marking its first entry into the Irish market. This strategic move represents the group's tenth acquisition within a fifteen-month window, underscoring an aggressive international consolidation strategy led by Olivier Colleau. Previously owned by its founders and management team, the Irish entity operates across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, serving a diverse clientele including construction majors, pharmaceutical companies, and event organizers. The transaction allows the local management team to remain involved by reinvesting at the group level, ensuring operational continuity and the preservation of regional expertise. For Kiloutou’s majority shareholders, HLD and Dentressangle, the integration of this ninth national market is a critical step toward the 2030 objective of generating more than half of total revenue outside of France. By integrating a network of strategically located agencies and a large equipment fleet, the group strengthens its proximity to major industrial hubs in Belfast, Dublin, and Cork. This expansion aligns with the broader goal of achieving a top-three market position in every country of operation while diversifying its sectoral exposure to resilient industries.

Kiloutou acquired Froid Loc Services to strengthen its "specialist" division. FLS was integrated into Kiloutou Energie to create a comprehensive multi-technical offer (Power & Cooling). This acquisition allowed Kiloutou to address new resilient markets such as the pharmaceutical and food industries.

Kiloutou acquired GSV, the Danish market leader, to establish its third major European pillar alongside France and Poland. This acquisition, the largest in Kiloutou's history at the time, allowed the group to integrate a highly digitalized player and expand its geographical footprint to Northern Europe.

Kiloutou acquired AB Materiels to densify its network in the Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur (PACA) region. This acquisition allowed Kiloutou to integrate approx. 40 employees and a fleet of over 600 machines, strengthening its competitive position in a high-demand geographical area for renovation and civil engineering.

Kiloutou acquired Salmat Nord to strengthen its historical stronghold in the Hauts-de-France region. This "bolt-on" transaction allowed Kiloutou to integrate a high-quality local fleet and a loyal customer base, optimizing its logistics and network density in a key industrial and construction hub.

Kiloutou acquired Locamodul to strengthen its "Kiloutou Module" business unit. This acquisition allowed the group to integrate a specialized technical team and a high-quality fleet of modular units, primarily in the dynamic Savoie and Haute-Savoie markets. The deal reflects Kiloutou's ambition to become a major player in modular space, competing with specialists like Algeco or Loxam Module.

Kiloutou acquired Michaud Location to reinforce its network in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence and Var departments. This tactical acquisition integrated 3 branches and approx. 15 employees. It allowed Kiloutou to recover a loyal local customer base and a well-maintained fleet of about 300 machines.
