Funds advised by Apax Partners have acquired a 54.25% controlling stake in TIVIT, a leading Brazilian provider of integrated IT services and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), from Votorantim Novos Negócios and Pátria Investimentos. TIVIT serves approximately 300 of Brazil’s largest companies, with a strong client base across banking, insurance, manufacturing, retail, utilities and telecommunications. Its nationwide platform includes multiple operational sites across Brazil, enabling large-scale delivery of outsourced IT and business operations.
