Colis Privé is acquiring Paack Iberia and Paack France, entering exclusive negotiations to integrate the two entities into its existing last‑mile network. The agreements cover the acquisition of Paack's operational assets, technology platform and workforce in Spain, Portugal and France, and are subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.\n\nThe acquisition aligns with Colis Privé's objective to build a pan‑European delivery platform by adding a dense Iberian footprint and a proprietary scheduling system. Paack's network of 82 sites, 61 partner distribution centres and over 5,000 pickup points provides immediate market entry, while its technology enhances route planning, real‑time visibility and return handling for Colis Privé's existing client base. The deal also broadens service coverage to include flexible delivery slots and locker solutions, complementing Colis Privé's home and point‑of‑sale offerings.\n\nPost‑closing, the combined entity will integrate approximately 490 Paack employees and align the two technology stacks to deliver unified end‑to‑end visibility. Expected outcomes include increased delivery density, optimisation of courier utilisation and expanded capacity to serve international e‑commerce merchants across France, Spain and Portugal. The expanded network is projected to generate operational synergies through shared hubs, coordinated routing and consolidated procurement, thereby strengthening market positioning in the European last‑mile segment.
