INVESTCorporate takes majority stake in Connectif

SPAIN Software / MarTech REV 1m EUR - 100m EUR

Context

Investcorp Technology Partners acquired a majority stake in Connectif, the Spanish marketing software company, in October 2026, investing through its fifth fund. It was the firm’s first investment in Spain. Connectif sells software that online retailers use to collect what they know about their customers and act on it. Its platform gathers in one place the data a brand holds across its website, its app, its mailing lists and its stores, builds a single profile for each customer from those scattered traces, then triggers the messages that follow: an email after an abandoned basket, a push notification on a price drop, a text message before a delivery. Its artificial intelligence layer decides which customers to address, through which channel and when, work marketing teams would otherwise do segment by segment. The platform coordinates email, web, app, push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp and physical stores. At the time of the transaction, Connectif served more than 3,000 brands in fashion, technology, health and beauty, home goods and pet care, and handled over 25 million orders a year. It operated across Europe and the Americas from its base in Spain. Investcorp Technology Partners backs founder-led software companies selling to businesses, in data analytics, cybersecurity and financial technology. It invested to fund the company’s next phase of growth, in a market where retailers have been rebuilding their customer data around their own platforms as third-party tracking has become harder to rely on.
