Context
Gerresheimer Glas GmbH has signed an agreement to acquire Blitz LuxCo Sarl, the holding company of Bormioli Pharma Group, from the private equity firm Triton. This strategic acquisition significantly strengthens Gerresheimer's footprint in Southern Europe and expands its portfolio of moulded glass and plastic packaging solutions.
