Context
West Madison Foods acquired The Flavor of California from Salt Creek Capital, in a transaction announced on 15 October 2026. The business holds a licence to market refrigerated salad dressings, sauces and condiments under the Bob’s Big Boy name, supplying the restaurant chain itself and grocery stores across the western United States, where its products are carried in more than 4,800 stores and have been sold for over sixty years. Salt Creek Capital had backed the company alongside chief executive Julie Pantiskas, under whom the Bob’s Big Boy range was widened and its retail distribution extended.
