Netwise acquired by Collana Group

Swiss private equity firm Ufenau Capital Partners completed the strategic add-on acquisition of Netwise for its portfolio company collana IT (collana Group). The cross-border transaction integrates the Warsaw-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform specialist into collana’s pan-European enterprise software and IT services ecosystem, marking a targeted geographic and technological expansion into Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). To align operational leadership and maintain governance continuity, the founders and key executives of Netwise executed an equity rollover into collana Group, preserving executive management's direct commitment under the expanded institutional holding structure. The integration broadens collana's delivery capabilities across cloud ERP, advanced CRM automation, low-code/no-code enterprise application architecture, and AI-driven business intelligence. Concurrently, Netwise secures the balance-sheet backing and cross-selling network of a scaled IT services group to accelerate nearshore delivery and international enterprise project execution. The shareholders and executive leadership of Netwise were advised exclusively by tech investment bank Carlsquare, which structured a competitive cross-border M&A process designed to secure an institutional partner while protecting day-to-day client operational continuity.
