FARMOL acquired by DALLI GROUP

The dalli group completed the acquisition of Farmol, the Italian contract manufacturer of aerosol and liquid products, from Portobello Capital, after signing the agreement in July 2026 and obtaining competition clearance. The deal valued Farmol at an enterprise value of , an EV/revenue multiple of 0.9x on revenue of . Portobello Capital had held its stake since 2021. During that period Farmol grew organically, won new brands as customers and increased its exposure to beauty and pharmaceutical products alongside its historical household cleaning business, reaching around 1,000 employees. The sale was the Spanish fund’s first exit in Italy, after it began expanding outside Spain in 2020. For the dalli group, the purchase added production capacity and contract manufacturing expertise to its own plants, widening the range it can offer its customers, while Farmol continued to operate under its own name.

It is worth noting that the fund Portobello Capital took control of Farmol through an LBO in 2021.
