Resilience Partners, alongside a group of private investors, has acquired a majority stake in EUDE Business School through the "Doceo Continuation Vehicle." Arcano served as the exclusive financial advisor to EUDE on the transaction. The strategic rationale for the deal is to provide EUDE with the capital and expertise required to accelerate its international expansion and launch new academic programs. By leveraging the investors' sector knowledge, the transaction aims to consolidate EUDE’s leadership in the online higher education market and enhance its technological capabilities. The transition via a continuation vehicle allows the school to pursue a long-term strategic roadmap focused on commercial scaling and the further development of its proprietary e-learning platform.
