COMMITTED ADVISORS takes majority stake in CONSTELLATION ACADEMY

Committed Advisors, the Paris-based secondary investment manager owned by the Wendel group, agreed to take more than 50% of the capital commitments in Constellation Academy Continuation, a Luxembourg fund set up to hold the Constellation Academy group of German adult education companies. The investment was made through its CASF VI Investments 1 and CA GPS II Investments 1 funds, and the structure allows the existing sponsor to keep backing the business beyond the life of its original fund, while giving its earlier investors the option of liquidity. The vehicle holds the group’s operating companies, among them BBI Bildungs- und Beratungsinstitut, CA Holding and its subsidiaries GPB Gesellschaft für Personalentwicklung und Bildung, W.A.R. Wirtschaftsakademie am Ring, BSG Bildungsinstitut für Soziales und Gesundheit, FOKUS Sprachen und Seminare, Constellation Academy digital, the key - academy, BBQ Baumann Bildung und Qualifizierung, AIHE Academic Institute for Higher Education and meta five, all based in Germany. The transaction was notified to the Austrian competition authority on 9 September 2026 and cleared on 8 October, when the standstill obligation lapsed.
