ARCUS INFRASTRUCTURE PARTNERS takes majority stake in WIRELESS CCTV
Context
Arcus Infrastructure Partners acquired WCCTV Group alongside the WCCTV management team, through Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 4, in a transaction completed on 3 March 2026. The acquisition marked the first investment for AEIF4, which reached its hard cap in December 2025 following a seven-month fundraising period, and an exit for U.K. private equity investor LDC after a five-year partnership. Houlihan Lokey served as exclusive M&A and financing advisor to Arcus. During LDC's five-year ownership, WCCTV expanded across the United Kingdom and the United States, operating from regional hubs in the two countries, tripled its revenue, nearly doubled its workforce, broadened its product range, and relocated its headquarters to a purpose-built office. LDC's exit supported WCCTV's next step in security and business expansion. David Gilbertson, chief executive of WCCTV, said the company would continue to invest in its technology and services and accelerate its growth plans, and that the milestone reflected the commitment of its teams across the United Kingdom and the United States. Jordan Cott, partner and head of logistics and industrials at Arcus, said WCCTV combined market leadership in the United Kingdom with a foothold in the United States, and that Arcus would apply its experience investing in industrial asset leasing companies to support the business and its growth plan, partnering with David and the wider management team.
WIRELESS CCTV, which reported an EBITDA margin of in 2025, is valued in this transaction at an EV/EBITDA multiple of , a level to compare with the average currently observed in the Business Services sector (11.4x).

Target
A specialist in re-deployable video surveillance, WCCTV leases managed security assets for temporary monitoring in the United Kingdom and the United States. Formed in 2001, the company began in Rochdale, where it is headquartered, to meet demand for surveillance technology able to operate independently of fixed infrastructure networks, serving industries such as construction and critical infrastructure. Its offer combines the leasing of fuel cell and solar-powered CCTV towers and trailers with advisory on on-site configuration, tech-enabled surveillance and monitoring connected to outsourced alarm receiving centres, ongoing asset maintenance and fuel provision, and data capture supporting customer operations. The fleet is owned and leased from a network of depot hubs across the two countries, supporting deployment, servicing and asset turnaround. Customers span infrastructure, government, law enforcement, commercial construction, retail logistics and property management. WCCTV also introduced Stellifii, a system intended to strengthen worker safety and integrate with its solar surveillance trailers.
