Eurazeo signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the capital of Glion Institute of Higher Education and Les Roches International School of Hotel Management from the US group Laureate Education. Eurazeo acts as the sole investor, providing the full equity requirement. The transaction is a corporate carve-out of two premium assets from Laureate's portfolio. The strategic plan focuses on maintaining the academic autonomy of the schools while accelerating their international development (particularly the recently opened campuses in London and the US) and digital programs. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions.

GLION INSTITUTE / LES ROCHES, which reported an EBITDA margin of LOGIN in 2015, is valued in this transaction at an EV/EBITDA multiple of LOGIN, representing a LOGIN premium to the average currently observed in the Retail & Consumer sector (10.9x).
