GEBROEDERS BLOKLAND acquired by ROYAL BAM GROUP

Royal BAM Group completed the acquisition of Gebroeders Blokland, the Dutch residential developer and builder based in Hardinxveld-Giessendam, in a deal announced on 29 January 2026 and cleared by the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets under the Dutch Competition Act. Blokland generated revenue of and an EBITDA of , an EBITDA margin of , and continued to operate under its own name, with its results consolidated into BAM's accounts from 11 March 2026. The purchase added about 2,400 homes to BAM's development pipeline, together with a regional portfolio of land and building rights in Zuid-Holland, Utrecht, Gelderland and Noord-Brabant. BAM planned to apply Flow, its wooden housing concept, to Blokland sites, as part of its strategy to grow in sustainable and affordable housing across the Netherlands, and expected the two companies to work together on sales and on acquiring new development and construction projects. The acquisition came less than two months after BAM took a strategic stake in Droneview, a Dutch provider of drone services for the built environment, in mid-December.

By taking control of Gebroeders Blokland, Royal Bam Group continues its expansion strategy. Previously, the group had completed 2 acquisitions, including Houtindustrie Stam & Landman in 2021.
