REVEL acquired by ORADIANSE

Oradianse, a leading group of radiologists, has acquired a radiology practice in Revel, located in the Haute-Garonne region near Toulouse. This move is part of the company's territorial development strategy, aimed at strengthening its presence in the Occitanie region and consolidating its national network of medical imaging centers. The practice, previously owned by Dr. Gazel since 2019, was seeking a successor to ensure continuity of care for patients in the area as Dr. Gazel prepares for retirement. Through this acquisition, Oradianse is further developing its model of shared medical and technological resources across multiple imaging centers. The integration of the Revel practice is expected to enable the gradual rollout of a teleradiology-based organization, allowing practitioners to remotely access and interpret images from multiple sites within the same geographic area. This approach aims to improve radiologist availability, optimize patient care timelines, and secure the long-term sustainability of imaging services in areas where medical recruitment can be more challenging. By joining Oradianse's national network, the Revel practice will benefit from expanded medical resources, additional investment capacity, and shared organizational tools. As a radiologist-led and owned company, Oradianse is pursuing its growth strategy through targeted acquisitions of independent practices, seeking to preserve local care offerings while developing medical and operational synergies on a national scale.
