TowerBrook Capital Partners, an international investment management firm, has made a strategic investment in EisnerAmper, the global business advisory firm. Under the new ownership structure, EisnerAmper LLP, a licensed CPA firm, will provide attest services, while Eisner Advisory Group LLC will provide business advisory and non-attest services. TowerBrook said its capital infusion will support EisnerAmper's long-term growth initiatives, including expanding service offerings, investing in talent and technology, and growing organically and through targeted mergers and acquisitions.
